Shrove Tuesday, or "Pancake Day".
Pancakes (crepes) are made in order to use up all the ingredients left in the house before lent. Join the pancake eating fervour at your local British ex-pat's home. Also, Stephen J and Ann will be making pancakes in the Yamaguchi shopping arcade on Saturday 28th to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.
