Leaver's Party

When: Saturday, July 8th
Where: We will start at Mojiko Brewery and then head to Shimonoseki Beer Station
Price: 7000en for non-AJET, 6000en for AJET members, please give the money to one of the current AJET reps (Anita, Steph, or Rosie) Furikomi details will be coming soon.
Time: Meet at 6:45pm at Shimonoseki Eki, or 7pm at Mojiko Eki. Nomihoudai starts at 7:30pm.

Details: Mojiko Brewery has great food and great beer! There will be about 2 hours of nomihoudai (the brewerys own special beer, wine and shochu) and a fantastic set menu including pizza, pasta, salad and chicken (vegetarians will be catered for). We will finish at Mojiko around 9:30pm and then take the train back to Shimonoseki Eki and head to the Beer Station. Here there will be music and dancing, and there will be 2 more hours of nomihoudai!! Last time we went there, we even played a little Beer Pong, so anything is possible. After Beer Station, we can go to Shidax for karaoke, or back to the Shimonoseki JETs apartments for continued partying!

Shimonoseki is a great location for this party! If you think it's a little far, then why don't you come make an entire weekend out of it? You can come down on Friday night and hang out by the wharf or go to Kokura. You can go to the aquarium on Saturday, have a BBQ, go shopping and have Starbucks in Kokura or Shimonoseki Eki. If you haven't seen enough temples or shrines you can visit a few that are nearby or you can go check out the old samurai village of Chofu! There's plenty to do here and there are plenty of JETs here willing to give you free accommodation for the entire weekend!
