We proudly welcome two new board members, Director of Alumni Relations, Megan Buhagiar and Director of Volunteering, Aziz Krich, to the National AJET Council. Director of Alumni Relations acts as the bridge between current JETs and alumni (especially JETAA). Director of Volunteering assists in raising awareness about volunteer projects that JET participants can get involved in.
If you have inquiries for either Megan or Aziz, please reach out to them via our Contact form. You can view the current National Council here.

Or are you one of those people who live for Halloween? This issue features some artwork inspired by Japanese urban legends that are sure to send a chill down your spine. There’s also plenty of local pride in this issue, with several contributors detailing unique local festivals, firsthand looks at local events, and ways they’ve given back to local communities- or even created their own.
