Spring Reports 2014 – now available in Japanese

 National AJET Reports
candidate advice 3

In April 2014, current JET Programme participants participated in AJET’s Spring Survey, which covered 4 key topic areas: Changes to Elementary School Education, English-speaking Coordinators in Schools, ALTs as Solo Educators and AJET Activities and Services. Over the ensuing weeks, members of the AJET National Council and a small team of volunteers worked to analyse the results and write-up reports based on the data gathered. Each of the four reports then underwent a thorough review and revision process before being translated into Japanese.

On June 16th, members of the former and current AJET National Council met with officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC); the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA); the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT); and the Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR) to discuss the results of these spring surveys and their implications. For more information regarding this latest Opinion Exchange meeting, please refer to this page.
